1. Features

 

The silver layer of FF-7800 cyanide-free silver plating process is matte silver, with good stability of the plating solution and easy maintenance; high current efficiency, good dispersing and covering ability; cyanide-free formula greatly reduces the pollution of the environment; the plating layer has good weldability, good conductivity, and good resistance to discolouration; and it can be applied in the industries of electrical appliances, electronics, telecommunication equipments, and instrument and meter manufacturing.

 

2. Process flow:

 

Pretreatment → Water washing → Activation → Water washing → Pre Silver Plating → Silver Plating → Recovery → Water washing → Water washing → Anti colour change treatment → Pure water washing (Temperature 50℃) → Pure water washing → Drying
